We are a trading company in Hangzhou. That means we source from vetted makers across China rather than running our own production lines. The practical effect: we can offer a wider range of specifications and price levels than a single factory, we are not tied to one factory's production schedule, and we can supply different categories from one shipment. What we do directly is specification, quality control, inspection and after-sales support.

You are welcome to, and for larger orders we would encourage it. If a visit is impractical, third-party inspection is available on request — and if you would rather send your own inspector, that is entirely fine. We have no objection to either.

Tell us. Every used machine is supplied with an inspection report and running video before shipment, so the agreed condition is documented. If what arrives does not match that, it becomes a matter of evidence rather than argument, and we resolve it in your favour — that is the purpose of sending the documentation in the first place.

Start small and structured rather than large and open-ended. A sensible first order is one or two wear parts, or a sample batch of material, so you can verify quality and how we handle communication before committing to a machine. For a machine purchase specifically, insist on third-party inspection and on the running video before the balance payment — that is standard practice, and any supplier unwilling to allow it is telling you something.
