Send a drawing, photos of the old part, or just your machine model. We make it to size — material and quantity are flexible.
We make parts for injection molding machines — whether you need one replacement or a batch, we can do it. There are many brands and models out there, and original parts can be hard to source or take weeks to arrive. Send us the drawing or the old part, and we will match it. The goal is simple: it fits, and it holds up in daily use. If your part is not listed, just send a photo — we will tell you whether we can make it and how, before any work starts.
We work with all the commonly used plastics, and can run your specified grade. Not sure which one you need? Tell us where the part sits, what load it carries and what material it touches — we will help you pick.
| Material | What it is good for | Typical parts |
|---|---|---|
| PP (Polypropylene) | Light, tough, good all-round chemical resistance | General structural parts, hoppers |
| PE (Polyethylene) | Flexible, good at low temperature, acid/alkali resistant | Bins, protective covers |
| ABS | Rigid, easy to mold and finish | Housings, covers |
| PET / PBT | Wear-resistant, dimensionally stable, good insulation | Structural and fixing parts |
| POM (Acetal) | Hard, wear-resistant, self-lubricating, accurate | Gears, bushes, moving parts |
| PA (Nylon) | Tough and wear-resistant; can be glass-filled | Loaded parts, drive parts |
| PC (Polycarbonate) | High impact resistance, transparent | Guards, sight windows |
| PC / ABS | Good balance of toughness and surface finish | Machine housings |
| PMMA (Acrylic) | Good optical clarity | Windows, transparent covers |
Reinforced / compounded grades: glass-filled, flame-retardant, conductive, UV-stable. · Special requirements: need to match an imported grade, a named supplier, or food-contact / environmental requirements? Mention it up front and we will source the material accordingly.
These are the brands we make parts for most often. If yours is not on the list, most Chinese machines can still be handled — what matters is getting the drawing, the old part and the machine model right.
A drawing is best. No drawing? Send photos of the old part and a clear photo of the machine nameplate with the model.
Material, quantity, tolerances and surface finish — agreed before we quote.
Unit price, lead time and shipping method are settled up front; nothing starts until you are happy with it.
Large items go by freight, small items by courier, and the tracking number comes to you.
One-off parts and batches are both welcome. In a hurry? Tell us and we will move the job up the queue. New to working with us? Start with one or two sample pieces, and plan long-term once they work out. If a part does not fit or the dimensions are off, contact us promptly — we will see it put right.
Just send a drawing or your machine model — we will confirm what we can make and how, before any work starts.
